The first constituency in the list I promised where tactical voting or a big push could swing it away from the Conservatives: SOUTH DEVON It’s not a Lib Dem target, but the word from the ground is their candidate Caroline Voaden could win this with support from Labour and the Greens. Pass it on.

Caroline is a former MEP, strong on Europe, and putting in the hard work here. It’s a new (actually extremely old - 19th century) constituency after the boundary changes and it looks like the Conservatives haven’t yet selected a candidate.
