(Actually the constitution does say that anyone ineligible to be president is also ineligible to be vice president.)

I’m definitely not a Constitutional scholar, but my recollection is that the 22nd Amendment says he can’t be *elected* President for a third term, not that he’d be barred from serving, per se.
