I'm going to need an explainer on what happens to the states who have elected Joe through our primaries and have already selected delegates if Joe bows out. Like, my brain can't wrap my head around it because I ducking walked petitions in the stupid ass cold of February and March.

He's not been elected anywhere yet. He's also not the formal nominee until the convention.
