If you are interested in former railway trail cycling though they have finally repaired the damage from last July's floods and the trail is open now all the way through Chester and on to Lunenburg.

They are all a great group of guys, and if driving almost strangers to the airport for early morning flights, got our guy back from the 416, it was worth it.

And we drove the out of province guys to the airport for super early flights when the weekend was over. Including one going back to Regina on a 5 am flight two days later.

They had a neutral home base, with some things organized, and some basic sight seeing (one of them had never been to NS before) . They ven went to Costco even after the best man picked him up at the airport.

Our son says it was the best weekend ever, he was with his favourite people, several who had never met each other (This is going to be a big wedding -his groomsmen are from different periods of his life, from his best friend from grade 3 to his fiancee's best friend's partner he met 2 yrs ago )

they did not do the bar scene, because best man said it was lame, went out for good mexican food, came to our house for breakfast the next day and went back to best man's parents house (they were away) to watch premier league sports on TV. And then they.all travelled back to their homes

Chiming in super late, brcause I missed this... our 30 yr old son just came back (to NS) for his bachelor party in May, and the best man organized a van so he could be the chauffeur and as far as i know.. they had a bonfire, fireworks, a trip into the city for Axe throwing 1/..

I think our local ones are. One year they plopped a nest on top of a very short juniper, that was not in the least bit protected by anything. (There are free roaming cats in our neighbourhhod)

Yes they can. They are crazy determined nesters.. especially, if their first nest was not successful they will keep at it, even in very stupid places. We had one try to set up on our BBQ side shelf few weeks back.

Depends where in Levis you are staying cause it is one of those big amalgamated municipalities now, and how close, is close, it is totally worth it. I really like that ferry, you have a fabulous view of the city and those cliffs the Highlanders climbed.
