Georgia is arguably still in, because it was a violation of state law carried out in his capacity as a candidate for office, not the president. Documents should still be in, because it's charges levied against him after he left office, hence no official capacity (but lol Cannon might yolo it).

Ukraine wasn't shelling civilians in Donetsk, that isn't real. It's Russian propaganda. Civilians unfortunately died in crossfire in Donetsk, when UAF were fighting with DNR/LNR separatists. They didn't shell civilians, that's nonsense shit, and what Russia does every day.

For me it was nobody. I found out a week later that the paperwork was never filled out and I had to jump through municipal hoops to get a birth certificate made for my daughter. Shit was a nightmare for securing insurance which paid for the childbirth and then wouldn't cover the baby?!?!

I believe that democratic voters wouldn't be voting for Biden if was on trial for multiple criminal offenses at the state and federal level. Someone else would have won the primary. Our political press would still be framing it as though Biden was in charge, and running it as a witch hunt.
