I'm sure that Project 2025 is just as, or more, scary that Orson Wells 1984 book, it would be total domination and control over the American people, we can't let this happen! That is probably the biggest reason to vote against Trump now, not just all of the evil he did in the past!
Add to this the threat of armed groups targeting furry conventions in places where they are still allowed to happen like Pizzagate.
Because if your local state doesn't crack down on furry conventions with the full force of the law, local redcaps will take matters into their own hands.
The Religious Right want to ban a lot of gatherings. Not just furry cons and pride, but also concerts that aren't "clean", uncensored movies, fan conventions in general. These people want to control everything in modern life because they think they can bring back this one dead guy.
Florida isn't even the only state trying to ban minors from Furry Conventions. Texas also tried to pass a bill to ban minors from conventions, and several other states did too. I think a couple succeeded by changing the 'ban' policy to require constant parental super-vision for all people under 21.
Furry cons likely won't survive Project 2025.
They literally state gay people even existing makes it sexual, as our "sexual identity" makes us automatic smutpeddlers. Most event venues have ratings/limits to what can be hosted. Will knock out events or force up prices.
