This is the case over PrEP coverage that, by finding the Task Force unconstitutionally appointed, led Reed O'Connor to toss out all of the Task Force's coverage recs, including cancer screenings, since 2010.

Under today's Fifth Circuit decision, the reasoning holds — but the decision only applies to the plaintiffs. The Fifth Circuit rejected O'Connor's "universal" injunction. It would, however, be law in the Fifth Circuit, so could lead to follow-on litigation and other complications.
