I lead a life that is full of loving and supportive family and friends. I do work that makes me feel fulfilled and that I think makes a difference — and I do so while taking care of myself, physically and mentally, more than, I think, at any point in my life. And, I have fun!

It’s been a journey these past 14 years, with hills and valleys in every area of my life and at every stage. More will come, because that is living. But, I am forever grateful for the fact that I needed sobriety so badly 14 years ago that I was willing to change everything.
