I’m manufacturing consent for fascism by not *checks notes* writing about Scalia’s death every time I write about the Supreme Court? I don’t know. I had to block them because I literally don’t have time to worry about that when there are actual stories to cover.

Also acting like lower courts still follow precedent and have access to state power, authority, and violence. Hating how something has turned out and screaming they’re illegitimate doesn’t change where the coercion and force mechanisms are
