I do a full container of whole milk Greek yogurt (normally unflavored, I think it’s about a pint), two grated cucumbers with as much liquid squeezed out as you can, chopped dill+salt+lemon juice to taste. Stir everything together, you can eat right away but it gets better as it sits in the fridge.
