My stimulants keep causing my dysautonomia symptoms to get a ton worse and idk what triggered that bc it used to not. Might have to stop taking them which sucke bc they give me a tiny bit of energy to do things I need to do. Laying in bed struggling to get my hr under 100 is not good.

I don't live with my parents anymore but I have dreams that I do. In this dream I smoked week (never done that) and then sprayed an unholy amount of febreeze everywhere to mask the smell. That's all I remember.

for disability pride month I would like to remind everyone that disability includes people with severe, "ugly" disabilities that are often left out of disability conversations. people w/ schizophrenia, BP1, BPD, DID, and other severe mental illnesses still deserve respect

She loves romaine, green leaf lettuce and red leaf lettuce as far as leaves go. Dark leafy greens are good for her but she hates them. At least she has a vitamin I dust on her food.

It sucks that the most popular disability activists on tik tok are usually pretty thin so when they try a product that helps issues I also have idk if it'd work on my body. I'd start making videos but I just don't have the energy (mentally or physically).

Going to start out with exercising 2x a week. I think that gives me enough time to recover and make sure it's not making my ME/CFS even worse. They're easy senior citizen chair exercises and I'm going easy. Not doing any cardio on purpose yet.
