As a New York City resident, but not in his district, it was easy to see how he was not the best at the job. He played too much to a national audience instead of taking care of local business. Hence, him losing was not a surprise. AOC understands the balance that’s needed.

Whacking it over the fence + home run trot is less stressful on the body than hitting an inside out blooper to the gap and hustling down to first. Also, the dads in the outfield appreciate not having to possibly stretch to catch that fly.
