NYC already has Cop City! A massive training complex for police in College Point. 32 acre campus. It's a 750K Square foot facility with running track and tactical gymnasium. It cost $1.5 billion dollars! (2010 numbers)

College Point facility can simulate day or night! "This is the most comprehensive tactical environment we know of." Awesome! The cops are taken care of! Now could we have air conditioning in the public libraries and pay CUNY adjuncts too? Instead of building another billion dollar boondoggle?
