Sister! Preach! lol I'm assuming same city as my handle. :) Mostly out-of-towners. I've had a fantasy for a while about forcing all new residents (and maybe visitors) to watch a video showing them how to walk, how not to stand in the middle of the sidewalk. or hover at the bottom of a staircase.
