The GIs had been briefed on the differences & expected behaviour in a pamphlet called Instructions for American Servicemen in Britain & its accompanying film A Guide to Britain... presented by The Riddler. The most jarring section is the bit about the lack of segregation on trains.

Not a big deal but Burgess Meredith played The Penguin. That is a great early start for a career though. The U.S. military had an extensive film program to teach soldiers about things that most were too young, uneducated, or inexperienced to already know. A lot of it was to keep them safe
