Poor Lucy! It was my sister's puppy's first 4th of July, and I'm so relieved things went well. Puppy barked at the first loud booms, but when we put her in her kennel at her regular bedtime she fell fast asleep. She literally snored through the local Big Display.

In a way I feel lucky that my cat just likes to cuddle during fireworks. I feel so sorry for those with fur children that shake or run in fear. I wish we were like civilized counties they did drone light shows!

As much as I detest fireworks, i went along with visiting fam & gkids to watch the show earlier tonite. This still hangs in my heart. A car parked near us. They walked across the street with blankets & chairs to the grass & LEFT THEIR BLACK LAB ALONE N THE CAR. A guy went to confront them later
