If you really want your mind blown, Lord Buckethead and Count Binface both stood for the Uxbridge by-election in 2019 (sadly, Boris Johnson won). Lord Buckethead was the candidate for the Monster Raving Loony Party (yes, this is an actual party in the UK) while Count Binface was an independent.

Up until Covid the leading cause of police deaths every year was car crashes (exacerbated by the fact that cops tend to not wear their seat belts, laws for me and not for thee you know). For 2020 and 2021 at least, Covid was the leading cause of po;ice deaths.

Could have been worse, at least he didn't add the scenes with Luke and his friends at Tosche Station back in. (They're in the novelization and the comics and... yeah, there's a reason they were cut. The comics flow very differently from the film as they were based on the shooting script.)
