Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected the idea of starting a ceasefire in Gaza while Hamas remains in power, after The New York Times published an article citing six current and former security officials who said a truce would give Israeli troops time to prepare for a potential land war with Hezbollah.

Wow, how convenient. Just how are the Palestinian people supposed to have an election to choose a new government, while the majority of them are cowering near the border with Egypt because the Zionists have obliterated their homes? How are they to remove Hamas from power? By what process?
