Stayed in a B&B, Second Home Peru, on the coast in Barranco, which was the home of sculptor Victoria Delfin, sculptor of El Beso at Parque Del Amor. His sculptures were all over the grounds.

You might want to look at the staffing of the Office of Appeals Counsel at the MSPB. The Director and one of her team leaders were adjudicated by a Coast Guard ALJ to have committed whistleblower retaliation and were never disciplined. They used the public fisc to make it go away.

Hawaii gave me in-state tuition because I was a dependent of a member stationed there. I do not believe that Virginia, or very many other states do that. It should be the law nationwide.
