I don't think it was his idea, and I know he already sold the company, but those little plastic containers that Talenti Gelato containers are super useful for leftovers because the tops screw on. I'm stretching to be nice.

Muskrat Love is one of the most disturbing songs in existence. On youtube you can watch them perform it live with creepy sock-puppets and a spoken intro where she recounts the time they played it at the Nixon White House with Kissinger swooning in the front row. Have a lot of sympathy for 70s kids!

He was a vocal proponent of defunding the Minneapolis Public Libraries. "A book can't stop a bullet!" was the direct quote from him at the time. (Hennepin County ended up stepping in to save the underfunded library system).

I love any and all bike and pedestrian infrastructure, but the plastic bollards need to chill. Just shredding plastic to send to the river, and ultimately the sea. Biking around the bent, twisted wreckage of the mess cars make of them is dangerous too.

When MPS redrew their boundaries to potentially save $1m in bussing costs under the CDD they also lost 1/3 of their students because people hated it. So I would say investing in schools and NOT closing any more sites is a better plan than this bonkers "austerity". Too much shooting of own feet!
