One last thing: I'm extremely aware that the reason my life was not ruined by telling my story about Kozinski is that pretty much nobody liked and supported him. I have some pretty intense survivor guilt around that that...really isn't anyone's but mine to manage.

But every time something like this happens I remember, cool, cool, lucky me, my abuser wasn't nearly as good at abuse as most of the other ones and the mask slipped a few too many times.
