Also, he was POTUS, & you would think if he *did* have a colonoscopy pre-scheduled, it’d be for 1st thing in the morning. An afternoon colonoscopy means he had to fast & go w/out liquids for at least 6 hours before-hand. (Rather than those 6 hrs being overnight ones when he was asleep.)
