It's ridiculous to think that this country was ever inherently racist. It's not like our founding documents counted a non-white person as being worth a fraction of a white person or anything.

Yup. It sure would be awful to be born in a country that had a founding document with something like that! ::laughs nervously:: I'm sure we're fine here, since we've been assured that the US didn't start out racist! I'll just take a big sip of water while I load the Constitution on my phone...
