I was just about to post it… 🤣 I modified it and used frozen corn because it’s not in season yet. I also used 3 avocados, 1 can of drained diced tomatoes and skipped the oil and honey (because…why??) and I used 2 green onions instead of scallions. I also added gran garlic, salt, oreg + cumin.
