Chief Justice Roberts can't ignore the ethics crisis at the Supreme Court any longer. Justice Alito flying flags associated with the insurrection and then refusing to recuse from cases involving the 2020 election and insurrection is outrageous.

Of course Roberts can ignore this - after all, who's going to force him to do something he doesn't want to do? He's got a lifetime appointment, as do all SCOTUS Justices. In Mafia-speak, he's "untouchable", a true "made man".

I mean. He shouldn’t. But he’s part of the effort to delegitimize all government so we will happily accept a corporatocracy and/or strong man fascist takeover. The more openly corrupt they are, the less support good govt has. I mean, the right has largely bought into it entirely, already.
