For the "But Trump is incompetent" folks, Heritage Foundation will be in charge of replacing Federal employees (per Project 2025). Stephen Miller will be in charge of Cabinet appointments and White House staff. Mike Flynn wil be overseeing the Intelligence community and the Armed Forces.
