The Dems should be trying to drastically restructure government—packing the court, disempowering it, getting rid of the senate and/or electoral college—in order to preserve any semblance of democracy we have left, but they're worried it would be rude.

with Chevron and Roe gone, stare decisis means nothing. Now is a great time to pack the Court and just reinstate Chevron and Roe and then undo the last 100 years of terrible 2nd amendment gobbledygook
