I get the frustration, I am just not convinced they have the powers. Pre empting an offence is a slippery slope but yes maintaining peace safety and order is another.!!! I do wonder if enough complaints were made to Human Rights Commission if that would mobilise more measures .

It's entirely within their remit to send appropriate numbers to community events when needed - many times in just the last six months they haven't, despite being asked, and it's led to dangerous situations where white supremacists have stormed libraries at least twice.
