If you *could* pass an amendment stating “actually the president isn’t immune from criminal prosecution” it would override the SC ruling, yes.

Theoretically is my point -- there are some hidden tricks in the Articles which make an amendment insufficient on its own; e.g., all states retain two senators unless those losing power are AOK with it.
