My practice exists because we needed to figure out how to get PTSD therapy to rural Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado for kids who needed a job with dental and came home with PTSD, and the internet was the way to make it work. I have literal people who are alive because of online communities. 1/2

And it’s my social world, because I work the hours when my clients don’t — those rural kids couldn’t participate in therapy during daylight, and it’s better for almost every client to not miss school & work for their care. (And my peers have kids, and I don’t, so limited social world anyway.)
