I think he should drop and then USE his newly expanded power (if he drops, then there's no chance a action-as-candidate rule would give him liability).

pretty much everything about this campaign is an unbearably high-stakes gambit and this is no exception, but “i have absolute power right now and i am asking you, the people, to use your power instead” is compelling and an argument that literally only joe biden can make
