Sure, this power is designed to go to Trump, with the understanding that Biden wouldn’t abuse it because he has principles. I’m just saying, he should abuse it in order to demonstrate why no one should have it.

No, the understanding is that the standard would be applied differently. That the court would enjoin him from acting with their full authority.
