I know who she is, and her background with the current system. But I'm talking about creating a new system, and her responses aren't really addressing my position. We're clearly talking past each other, so there's no point in continuing.
By “talking past each other,” you mean “I am ignoring someone with direct experience managing a self-policing judiciary, including being gaslit by the member of the judiciary charged with policing the federal judiciary, and then by the federal judiciary itself.”
Attorneys and judges already self-police as an institution in basically every respect and it generally leads to mutual defense agreements. You don’t look at my dirty laundry and I won’t look at yours
