The New York Democratic Party is pouring money into a primary race in NY-16 to attempt to remove progressive representative Jamaal Bowman from office and replace him with a centrist hack named George Latimer. This is what democrats do instead of fighting republicans.

The thing that pisses me off the most about this is how the Democratic party absolutely refuses to cultivate younger or more progressive leaders. This guarantees electoral failure over the short and long term. It's why I honestly blame the Democrats more than Republicans for fascism.
