One thing Stephen Miller and Trump intuitively get is knowing who they can hurt without much consequence; they wouldn't try otherwise. That same bully's instinct basically explains how cops operate. On top of every other odious thing about this, Biden is making the same calculation. It's disgusting.

what I dont get is what the calculation math even is if you take it at face value that this aims to force increased funding for processing, zero people are going to vote for Biden as a result of this decision, and a nonzero number of people are going to not vote for him as a result
