Just because I’m curious: how do you find tracking this in a spreadsheet to be more of an advantage over more traditional to-do lists/apps?

I actually typically find that I need to change systems periodically, AND that I usually prefer paper, but I needed to be sharing my todo list with someone for a while so electronic. spreadsheet: I dunno. I'm good at thinking in spreadsheets. I can add a column whenever I need a new metadata type.
