And if a court decides that it isn’t an official act, would directing the jail warden to ignore the courts ruling also be an official act? How about pardoning the warden in advance?

This is a time where I wish we (the left) wielded power like the right. If there was even a shred of a thought that telling Biden he was immune for anything that was *squint* official, this ruling would go the other way. After all… why not lock up Roberts and Trump and Miller in the WH basement?

If my memory is correct, you all took it down and apologized pretty quickly, but it might be worth taking a mental inventory of how you express (righteous) frustration with Thomas since it seems to come out racialized from time to time.

@hamiltonnolan.bsky.social almost single-handedly opened my eyes to unions being not [gop caricature] back in his OG Deadspin days. Loved this episode — the crossover is real, if we are building a new economy it should be just and labor is a huge slice of that pie.
