So tricky! Excessive force and restraint is, by definition, out of bounds. Those who work with individuals with unpredictable and potentially damaging behavior deserve a safe workplace.
The needs of both must be met.
We see both problems in the news.

"Struggle" is poorly defined. My kids struggled to kill Garland in Final Fantasy. My kids struggled to complete an excessive written project. My kids struggled to attend a team meeting after a conflict with the coach. Capricious application is worse than no application here.

Well, fortunately, the Heritage Foundation and similar aren't the Republican party any more than the radical left are the Democrats. The two party system has advantages. The huge disadvantage is its resistance to change. In our rapidly changing society, we feel this deeply. It *is clamorous. *bleh*

Within his official duties, and in his conversations with DOJ, yes. Executive orders, etc. Of course, if someone defied the Geneva Convention or committed Atrocities (not expected) or defied congress, they would be subject to other consequences. Yes to so many things. 😉

It seems he has plenty of time...
He could review cases that could deserve pardons. As leader of the executive branch, he can create policies. As president, he can use the bully pulpit to communicate positive steps to protect the environment. He has opportunities.

I read a few of your articles. Thanks for the links. Gemini (for example) does interpret data. AI models "learn" in the sense that their exposure to errors allows improvement. Humans are irreplaceable in the process; AI is not suited to sensitive or unsupervised use. #EduSky @edusky.bsky.social

I have TP tubes collecting under every sink! :D Straws and coffee filters are very inexpensive and fun to build with.
Foil sheets and popsicle sticks help.

Like isometric drawing? Colored pencils, isometric paper, graph paper, tape, card stock (for 3-d.)

I'm not always clear when I try to be in these brief conversations. When I look at something, I am not harvesting it. But my brain retains it as an idea. How does a computer retain an idea? It captures something in ways that we protect with laws. And this is going to be the rub. What is looking? 2/2

Yes, of course, it is very complex. If images are accessed without the permission to access them, then that is one question. And it is difficult to understand a digital entity. Can access an image without actually scanning the entire image, which I would not be allowed to do as a human. 1/2

"Anything other than conservative" is a fantasy vote. "Vote for me because I'm not the devil" is not a reasoned vote. In any case, I start with, "Who will keep us out of World War III?" Generally, it's a toss-up. Then I go from there. You figure out your own country. We will muddle along over here.

So a kid draws a tree. The kid next to them draws a tree. Kid one gets angry. It's like they think they invented a tree. "You're copying me."
There is a difference between seeing and being inspired and copying their work.
Where is the line? (insert many lawsuits)
