No. I've had to make the call for two dogs and as I send this, I'm looking at three more that I'll probably have to make (though hopefully I have 8 or 9 years before the next). All I can say is it will hurt less. That's the deal we make with them. The price is steep but still a bargain.

Yeah, we did this with two cats last September, and I was really hoping it would be a while before it happened again. Fortunately, the remaining cat and dog we have are both very young, so the wounds will be scarred over before the next time (knocks on every wooden surface within 100 miles)
