NEW: One of the nation's top women's legal advocacy groups is urging lawmakers to pass a privacy amendment that the White House and its spy agencies are working to defeat.
The amendment would ban the government from buying people's location data without a warrant.

The WH and its bootless spy systems need to roll over on this one. I'm able to opt out of location tracking because I use a dumb phone and have a 10-year-old car, but that won't last 4ever. Eventually, I'll get an electric car, and then be subject to tracking. Get a warrant if you want to track me!
