My prediction #1: Biden withdraws from the race before July 12. My prediction #2: New Dem ticket would be Harris/Newsome. (I think they really want Newsome, but can't see a way of skipping over Harris.)

Newsome only agrees if Harris agrees *not* to run. Newsome is a governor. He will not want to play 2nd fiddle to a one-time Attorney General from his own state.
