October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In 2023 alone, it is estimated that 5,760 Marylanders will be diagnosed with breast cancer. For 31 years, @MDHealthDept's Breast and Cervical Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Program has treated Marylanders with breast cancer.

Last week, I welcomed the US Climate Alliance Secretariat to Annapolis. We all have a role to play in protecting our environment. Maryland is proud to be leading on address the climate crisis by supercharging offshore wind energy and preparing for an electric vehicle future.
