I wore a tight shirt today that says “I am Kenough” I got stopped by no less than six people today who complimented my shirt and chest. I even got free drinks! Maybe I should wear more tight shirts…I usually like loose fits…

It’s been 4 weeks without meds, I now get them late Friday evening due to oppressive policies. Once I’m back on again, I feel like I can talk in detail about how to survive without your meds. Step one is just to forgive yourself.

The shortage is fabricated, manufactured, a joke, a sin and does not exist in Canada. It is purely artificial scarcity applied by the DEA. Only in the US is there a shortage and yes it still exists. It’s infuriating.

Honestly, just help me get to my goals for the month. It will help my mental state and make me not bring myself down lower. Short of that, just be in streams if you can, say hi and hang out. Anything to keep things normal.
