I guess I should also say the bouillon mainly focuses on greens and stuff, so your usual soup will have, - green beans - collard greens - different potatoes (reg/sweet) - dumpling (reg and/or wheat) - chopped plantain - Meat varies and optional is avoiding meats for reasons (beef/chicken/seafood)

Pikliz you can make at home (pic 1). It’s just shredded cabbage, carrots and peppers. For the Bouillon (pic 2), if you go to a Haitian friend’s house and they mama serving it or they made it themselves, then you better say yes. You’re gonna feel like you’re cheating on other soups.

I was gonna say something for Pic 2, but I see it’s just a side menu. I’m surprised they don’t have Akra/Accra (pic). Put it like this, if I was vegan/vegie, then Akra would be on my list of things to eat. Pikliz are normally not too spicy, and bouillon is usually beef. It is interchangeable.
