My latest blurb is out! "Richard Thomas is a major name in the horror genre, and his latest book, Incarnate, once again proves why. This is a strange, profound, and powerful tale about good and evil, and it's one that will stick with you long after you've turned the final page."

“The boy wandered into the dense woods behind his house, following a solitary dirt path deep into the shadows, a song in his heart, as spring unfolded around him, daffodils violating the earth, underneath it all a musty rot.”

I'm thrilled to announce the my blurb: “Incarnate is a stunningly creepy supernatural thriller set in the remote arctic. It captures the terror of being alone in the frozen darkness with something dreadful. Weird and thrilling!”—Jonathan Maberry, NY Times bestselling author

Latest blurb is in. “A numinous slow burn blending foul and folklore from one of horror’s best, Richard Thomas’s Incarnate is a sumptuous and sinister exploration of human sin.”—Lee Murray, five-time Bram Stoker Award®-winning author of Grotesque: Monster Stories THANKS @leemurraywriter.bsky.social

A few people have asked about the location. It's an imaginary place somewhere between Barrow, Alaska, and the Arctic. Think The Thing meets The Terror with a dash of The Giver. The comps we used were The Only Good Indians by SGJ plus The Fisherman by John Langan (and The Giver).
