I barely leave my house or even my bedroom for that matter anymore. My partner has been so kind to take the dog and I out to the dog park and just drive around so I donāt feel so trapped. Today got extra special as I got news that my grandparents may pass soon as well. Fml

Posting for long Covid visibility: yesterday was another day where my body shut down in pain halfway through the day. The pain was so intense that I couldnāt move. The recommendation from doctors was to take some pain meds and rest (like I had any other choice). Happens to me all the time now š

A thing to note about long Covid for those lucky enough not to experience it, it feels like Iām inhabiting someone elseās body. Everything feels weird, takes longer and feels disconnected. My brian struggles to do things is could do easily a year ago. This shit is unreal and I am over it.
