I am *really* excited to get back to London for the first time since Covid began and even *MORE* excited to get back to medieval manuscripts but man, leaving my heart at the security gate was tough. I’m not sure who cried more, me or the toddler

I finally got to see this very old cat door 🐈⬛ According to Exeter Cathedral, the cat door was cut for the Bishop's cat to catch mice, between 1598 & 1621 🚪 Records show that a cat was paid 1d per week in food when on mouse/rat catching duties 🐀

I feel the same 😩😩😩 I love Twitter because of the people I’ve met there (you are at the top of that list!) but I don’t think I’d pay, solely because the money would go to him and I want his attempts at monetizing Twitter to fail 😂 petty, but the truth lol
