2/3 You can also get all of a filing type (e.g., Form 8-K Item 1.05 cybersecurity disclosures) without specifying a particular company. This tool is for practitioners, journalists, researchers, and anyone else who wants to get SEC alerts in real time or daily/weekly digests.

I've been looking for a really simple tool to get SEC EDGAR email alerts. So, I created one!

KFilings (kfilings.com) is a free, no-login tool that lets you create email alerts for one or more public companies based on Form 8-K items or other filing types. 1/3
