You were intentionally broad because you are not capable of being specific. Be real, Daniel.

Last time they did the whole “Joe has dementia” thing and set a bar that he could trip over.
They realised the mistake and are doing “Joe is superman taking the drug from limitless” so anything he says short of a modern day Gettysburg address seems underwhelming.

I love that it started out writing briefs to file in court and now it’s just Google translate but annoying.

And it’s always kind of “look everyone, look how not into girls I am. See this, girls? It’s not about you!” Nothing if not performative.

A hypothetical one that doesn’t exist but if it did would be useful in a law firm.

If there was one I’d come up with a real good argument for why it’s not one. Would cost over $100k to prove me wrong. You’d have to find a bunch of other documents to contextually demonstrate that it is a magic secret bullet. Maybe through a process like discovery and trial.

Speak for yourself. I’ll be removing the genocide sponsorship from next year’s budget that’s for sure.

“When you grow up the bullies will work for you” was a disaster because weird people who thought they were smart people applied it to everyone who didn’t tolerate their crap rather than bullies and are now aggrieved that decades later they’re still losers rather than geniuses.

Like if there was a way to make litigation cheaper we wouldn’t be on it immediately and corner the market.
Being affordable and still being good is the absolute dream.

You’re wrong. And what you’re proposing is useless for ameliorating the problem of the cost of access to justice.

If I had a dollar for every time I saw a tech guy tell me the new fad should get my money I wouldn’t need to practice law anymore. I remember when we were all going to sell houses through an instantaneous blockchain-based conveyancing process.

Wow, this shows that you are really not qualified for this conversation. Discovery is an entire process. There is no “enough” discovery. It’s either done or not.

The most significant impact that LLMs will have on the practice of law is that it will be more clumsy to refer to people who have masters degrees.

I guess maybe it’s hard to know the difference between a drawing and a colouring book if all you’ve ever seen is the finished product but drawing the lines is 90% of the work and the contribution the LLM makes to the other 10% is on par with using random colours and the bucket tool in MS Paint.

I’m straight and for the first time in my life after seeing that flag I wish that I wasn’t. It has accomplished what years of woke brainwashing from Hollywood elites failed.

The left doesn’t choose celebrities. The right chooses which voices on the left they will refer to in their own media and elevates them.
They chose people who kinda agree with them or people who are very easy to make look foolish.

It’s “congress shall make no law…” not “congress shall make no law except for one which affects an entity that congress considers is too closely related to a body politic.”

Obviously there are limits. The limits are not where you think they are though.
