its also hard, cuz at this point, ive endured so much pain, heartbreak, trauma, etc that im still trying to process, that like... if something truly good is in my life, idk if i can even recognize it or feel it anymore. im just so numb now... thats a big one im trying to untangle in therapy

but yeah idk. its weird out here. i am super real and candid and dont rly front or like, engage with stuff with much ego. Im a bit closed off cuz of trauma... but idk... i tend to feel misunderstood and misinterpreted a lot to the extent i feel super isolated

the social scene in seattle rly rly confuses and overwhelms me, and ive tried so many different things to try to connect and find a sense of belonging but nothings rly worked? my autism shape feels too funky for whatever the puzzle is out here. i still dont feel like i fit in anywhere

my therapist has been helping me realize that im super clogged up with years and years of grief i havent been able to fully process due to the constant onslaught of traumatic experiences... so im hopeful moving thru all that will help. working towards happiness and a sense of peace, always forever.
